David Calhoun
Board Member

David was born and raised in Fredericton spending his teen years involved with the youth group at Brunswick Street Baptist. He was a member of Saint Andrew’s Presbyterian Church until 2001 when he was baptized and became an active member of Marysville Baptist Church serving on the Board of Management.

David and his wife Cathy have been married since 1976 and have two grown sons, Jeffery and Michael. David retired from the Fredericton Fire Department after 26 years of service where he was very actively involved as an executive member of Local 1053. After spending a couple of years self-employed painting and renovating he fulfilled a long time dream of working full time with his wife in the real estate business.

Both David and Cathy can see the tremendous need and importance of  Samaria House and ask for your prayers and support for the Board Members as we endeavor to grow this ministry to reach out to those in need.
